Development and production on soybean oligosaccharides from wastewater of soybean protein

利用大豆蛋白加工中排放的乳清废水开发大豆低聚糖,实验结果表明,该法具有工艺简单、操作安全、产品质量好、生产效率高等优点。

Using wastewater of producing soybean protein as main material,the soybean oligosaccharide was developed.The results show that the technology with high production rately and better products is very simple and safe.
