摘要
CIMS生产线中缓冲区.的状态是分析CIMS生产线的关键,当缓冲区的容量增加时,缓冲区的状态增加,使系统的状态增加,给分析问题带来困难。本文利用缓冲区状态之间的关系,把容量为K的缓冲区的K+1个状态简化为全空、不空不满、全满三个状态,并利用前后级工作站正常、故障所出现的四种情形,对CIMS生产线的可靠性问题进行了分析和研究,提出了三个状态简化的定理,得到了简化后三个状态之间的状态转移率,使得我们能够比较容易地分析CIMS生产线的可靠性问题。
The key to the reliability of CIMS production lines is to analyze the states ofbuffer. When the capacity of buffer increases, the complexity of analyzing the production line increases too. This paper presents the state--simplifying method. First.we analyze the states of the buffer and the work stations, simplify the K  ̄ 1 states of buffer, whose capacity is K, into three states: 'empty', 'non--empty, non-full'and 'full'. Then we discuss the state transition rate under four case of the workstations to get three theorems of the state-simplifying.
