摘要
根据政府网络建设过程的安全需求,采用定性和定量的分析方法,从三个阶段论述了安全风险评估的一般方法和应用模型,并着重讨论了安全风险分析中基于专家评判法的风险值计算方法。
In accordance with the security requirements of government network, this paper discusses the general method and application model for security risk assessment in three-stages. Also, a method for risk value calculating based on expert (evaluation) in security risk analysis is described.
