摘要
直流钢包精炼是近年来发展起来的钢液纯净化新工艺。本文从单电弧三顶电极直流钢包精炼炉工作原理出发,系统的分析了冶金过程。运用电解原理讨论了阳极和阴极的电化学反应,揭示出了直流钢包精炼实现深度脱硫脱氧的基本原理。精炼过程中的电化学反应和渣金界面化学反应是高效冶金效果的关键。
Direct current ladle refining,a new technology of purified steel liquid,was developed in the last few years.In his paper,the metallurgy process was analyzed in detail according to the work principle of single arc and three top electrodes the DC ladle.The electric chemical reactions of anode and cathode were discussed by means of the theory of electroanalysis.It is put forward that the reason of depth desulphurization and deoxidization was the electrode reaction and interfacial chemical reaction when steel liquid was refined in the DC ladle.
