摘要
冷却水套结渣和富氧是影响锌精矿沸腾焙烧炉生产能力的重要因素。采用喷水装置或活动水套等措施加大沸腾层内的排热力度,可以适当提高炉子生产能力。而局部增氧工艺为增加炉子产量提供了新的技术思路。
The capacity production of fluidized bed roaster is mainly influenced by the clinker of cooling-jacket and the concentration of oxygen-enriched air blast.The chemical composition of clinker mostly includes the iron and zinc compounds,under the condition of normal operation,the efficiency of heat transfer of circulating cooling water is directly influenced by it.In order to improve the capacity of roaster,some measure such as a set of cooling water sprayer or a removable set of cooling-jacket etc.must be applied.Especially the new ideal of the application of partial oxygen-enriched air blast is proposed.
