Study and application of integral casting technology operation on mixer furnace

针对混铁炉内衬使用寿命较短的现状,通过对酒钢2座600吨混铁炉存在主要问题的分析,选择合适的耐火材料,采用整体浇注工艺,结合科学的烘炉方案,有效地提高了混铁炉的使用寿命。

According to the analysis of problem,the shot service liner,on two 600 tons mixer furnace in Jiuquan Steel and Iron Group Company,using service of mixer furnace was increased by scientific baker scheme,using integral casting technics and choosing right refractory.
