摘要
研究了金属硅粉和硅灰的加入对Al2O3SiCC质铁沟浇注料性能的影响。结果表明:通过体积密度、显气孔率、强度等方面的测试、分析,确定金属硅粉和硅灰的加入量分别为0.5%和2%时,可获得性能良好的铁沟浇注料。
The influence of adding Si and SiO_2 micropowder to Al_2O_3-SiC-C castable was researched.Good performance of castable was obtained when adding Si(0 5%)and microsilica(2%)in the castable respectively by measure and analyze the bulk density and apparent porosity.
