对农村土地流转问题的探讨——江西万年县梓埠镇土地流转现状及经验

On the Problems of Countryside Land Transference——The Land Transference Status Quo and Experience of Zibu,a Town of Wannian County,Jiangxi Province

推行农村土地流转,是现阶段农民为了适应不断变化的市场经济、更好地解放生产力、多渠道增加收入的一个有效办法。分析梓埠镇土地流转工作的现状、土地流转成功的原因、推广经验的意义,提出进一步完善土地流转的建议。

Promoting the countryside land transference is a valid way,which can increase peasants’ incomes through many channels and liberate the productive forces in order to adapt to constantly changeable market economy at the present stage.On the basis of analyzing Zibu town’ current situation of land transference,the town’s land transference’ reason of success,its experience are analyzed.The suggestion of perfecting the land transference is proposed.
