Test on Effects of Policies of Consumption Stimulating in Chongqing

用经济计量学的方法就刺激消费政策对重庆经济影响做实证检验。实证结果表明,消费与储蓄的关系不存在一定的长期稳定关系,并且证明通过降息来分流储蓄对消费的刺激并不大。就重庆而言,出口对消费影响不大,而增加职工工资和扩大政府投资却能不同程度刺激消费。

With econometrical method,the effects the policies of consumption stimulating in Chongqing are tested.The empirical result indicates that there is no steady long-term relationship between consumption and saving,and reducing interest rate has little effect on consumption.In Chongqing,export has little effect on consumption.Wage inerease and government investment can stimulate consumption in different degrees.
