摘要
面对竞争日益激烈的社会,大学生面临的压力越来越大,出现各种各样的心理疾病。分析影响大学生心理健康的因素,采取各种方式对学生进行心理素质教育,维护和保持他们的心理健康,是素质教育的重要内容。
In the face of the growing competition of our society,university students are under much greater pressure than before.Hence,come various psychological diseases.The analysis of the factors influencing the university students’ psychological health,the adoption of different kinds of methods for the students’ psychological quality education,and the maintenance of their psychological health are considered as important contents of quality education.
