摘要
目的评价角膜屈光手术后实施遮盖疗法治疗屈光参差性弱视的临床效果。方法对146例(283眼)近视性屈光参差伴有轻中度弱视的病例进行LASIK治疗,术后实施遮盖疗法训练,观察术前术后弱视的变化。结果146例弱视眼中,137例达到术前最佳矫正视力,112例达到5.0,与优势眼的眼数相近。结论角膜屈光手术后实施遮盖疗法是治疗屈光参差性弱视的一种有效方法。
Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of the occlusion on the anisometropic amblyopia after the corneal refractive and make the conclusion. Methods 146 cases (283 eyes) with myopic anisometropic accompanied by light or medium amblyopia were treated with LASIK, and the training of the occlusion was followed after the operation. The pre and post-operative changes of the amblyopia were observed. Results The vision of 137 cases was raised back to the best level of the pre-operative correctional vision, and the vision of 112 cases recovered back to 5.0, which was nearly the same with the better eyes. Conclusion The occlusion is an effective method on the treatment of the anisometropic amblyopia after the corneal refractive surgery.
