护患沟通与交流的探讨

Objective To probe into the applied effect of the communication between paramedic and patient in medical care. Methods Improve the significant recognition of the relationship between paramedic and patient; deal some key issues well in communication, master the main content, method, and detail technique, etc. Results Elevate the hospital's reputation, reduce medical disputes, and increase the hospital's economic and social benefits. Conclusion Through communication, ameliorate the relationship between paramedic and patient, improve care quality, reduce medical disputes, and build up hospital's good reputation by means of protecting patient's benefits. Therefore, the communication between paramedic and patient become an effective measure in modern medical care.
