摘要 目的探讨护患沟通与交流在医疗护理活动中的应用效果。方法提高对护患沟通的重要性认识;搞好护患沟通应注意的几个关键问题;掌握护患沟通与交流的主要内容、方法和细节技巧等。结果提高医院信誉度,减少医疗护理纠纷,提高医院经济和社会效益。结论通过沟通与交流,改善医护人员与患者的关系,提高医疗护理质量,减少医疗护理纠纷,保护病人利益同时树立了医院的良好形象。因此,护患沟通与交流是现代医疗护理活动中行之有效的方式和方法。 Objective To probe into the applied effect of the communication between paramedic and patient in medical care. Methods Improve the significant recognition of the relationship between paramedic and patient; deal some key issues well in communication, master the main content, method, and detail technique, etc. Results Elevate the hospital's reputation, reduce medical disputes, and increase the hospital's economic and social benefits. Conclusion Through communication, ameliorate the relationship between paramedic and patient, improve care quality, reduce medical disputes, and build up hospital's good reputation by means of protecting patient's benefits. Therefore, the communication between paramedic and patient become an effective measure in modern medical care.
