摘要
目的探讨生物粘合剂在喉显微外科手术中的应用价值。方法14例Reinke间隙水肿、声带囊肿和双侧声带麻痹病人,术中将制作的声带黏膜瓣用生物粘合剂粘合在声带创面,以减少声带术后的裸露面。结果生物粘合剂代替了喉内缝合,喉黏膜得到充分保留,简化了手术操作,术后恢复快,降低了术后并发症发生率。结论生物粘合剂简化了喉显微外科手术操作,加快了创面愈合,具有较高的应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the value of biological adhesive in microlaryngeal surgery. Methods Biological adhesive was used in 14 patients with Reinkes's edema, vocal cord cyst, or bilateral vocal cord paralysis during the operation. Results Biological adhesive could promote the healing of incisions in microlaryngeal surgery and make the operation easier. Conclusion Biological adhesive is very useful in microlaryngeal surgery.
