摘要
伴随着经济全球化的到来,企业之间的竞争由以追求单赢为目的、零和博弈式的完全竞争,转变为以追求双赢或多赢为目的、非零和博弈式的合作式竞争。能力型模块化企业群的形成就是适应这种环境的结果。从自组织理论和协同学的有关观点出发,对模块化企业群的自组织特征、协同体系进行了研究,并给出了相应的层次分析模型。
Since 1990s,the competition among enterprises has switched from complete competition in style of zero-sum game aiming at uni-win to collective competition in style of non-zero-sum game aiming at di-wins or mulx-wins.The foundation of competence-based modular enterprise cluster is the results ofadapting to the changes of environment.This article makes research in the self-organization characters and synergetic mechanism of competence-based enterprise cluster by making use ofmethodology of self-organization,and presents the logistic synergeticframework.
