摘要
美国作为经济发达的象征,其人力资源管理方面有着许多可取之处,同时也存在着许多的不足。从配置的方式、管理的手段、提拔的原则、激励的措施4个方面探讨了美国人力资源的的模式,认为美国人力资源管理的成功在于重视人力资源的培训以及“企业文化”的建设。
As the symbol of the developed economy, U.S.A has a lot of desirable things and defaults in its human resources management, the mode of human resources management can be analyzed by four sides, just as means of disposing, ways of management, principle of promoting, and measure of encouraging.
