摘要
在研究多种有关EEPROM文献的基础上,综述了EEPROM的特点及其发展现状,重点介绍了EEP- ROM2864的技术特性及其与8031单片机的接口应用和软件设计.
Based on the study on various literitures regarding EEPROM, the features and current developing status of EEPROM are described comprehensively. The technical features of EEPROM 2864 and the application and software design of its interface with 8031 single chip computer are focused.
