介绍了KC-2型油分监测仪的测量原理及其微机系统。该仪器采用了机械簧片哨式超声乳化;红外光透射、散射和光纤传导以及微机技术,提高了整机性能,实现了对水中含油浓度的自动、连续、在线监测,并不造成二次污染。
<abstract>The measuring principle of KC-2 type oily concentration monitor and its microprocessor-based system are introduced. For enhancing the features of the integrated system, the instrrment adopts various technologies, e.g. ultrasonic emulsification with mechanical reed whistling. infrared transmission, scattering and opto-fibre conduction as well as microprocessor, etc. The on-line oily concentration in water could be monitored automatically and continuously without secondary pollution.
