对公路环境监测信息系统建设中信息集成、信息处理和分析中的一些关键技术问题进行研究。并针对公路环境监测信息系统的建设与开发、数据的处理与组织、数据库建设、系统集成平台设计与实现进行论述,为实用型地理信息系统的建设提供了一种思路与方法。

The paper studies some main techniques on information integrating and processing of building highway environment monitoring information system. based on building and developing of highway environment monitoring information system, the data organizing and processing, database building and software designing been discussed and a approaches and tracks of GIS software integrating were given in this paper.
