This paper focuses on the tubing design for hydraulic system of the machinery devices on spot, including the tubing requirements, main technical parameters, how to select the tubing and the design essences. All of these can be referred by the designer and operators.Moreover, an example about wrong tubing design resulting in faults and its improvement methods are given.
