Globalization, FDI and Regional Employment Transfer

就业问题的严峻性使得越来越多的学者呼吁应把促进就业作为国民经济和社会发展战略的出发点和国家宏观调控的首要目标。就业问题不仅表现在宏观总量上失业人数的增加,而且反映在区域就业分布的极度不平衡。文章着重从实证角度阐释了全球化、FDI与区域就业转移之间的相互关系及作用机理,并提出相应的政策启示。

In recent years,the severity of employment issue has made more scholars appeal that we should take the “employment-promotion” as the starting point of national economy and social development strategy and the primary target of national macro-control.The severity of employment issues is not only reflected in the high level of unemployment quantity and unemployment rate in macro total volume,but also in the extreme uneven distribution of regional employment.This paper empirically explains the relationship and interacting mechanism among globalization,FDI and regional employment transfer, and puts forward related implication of regional policy.
