湖北省法学会经济法研究会2005年年会暨第七次研讨会围绕构建和谐社会,加强经济和社会统筹法制建设的主题,就“WTO、国际调节与中国经济法的立法与实践、中国反垄断法立法与实施理论问题研究、宏观调控及其金融体制改革法律问题研究等经济法热点问题”展开了深入的讨论。

The Seventh Annual Economic Jurisprudence Conference of Hubei Province opened in Wuhan Institute of Technology on May 14th,2005.Constructing harmonious society and enhancing the study of economic jurisprudence was the subject of the conference.The scholars discussed the thesis such as the basic theory of economic law,the legal relations of international regulation on economy,the significance and methods in economic jurisprudence,the system of Anti-Trust Law,the theory of state investment and management law,the system of finance regulation and etc.
