摘要
首先根据红外热像仪的扫描成像原理,分析了目标运动时红外热图及扫描效率的变化,确定最佳热成像测试方案,测得各种功率下齿面的啮合温度场.然后通过热模拟试验对温度衰减进行测试研究,修正啮合温度,取得了可靠的数据.
Firstly, the variation of infrared thermal image andscanning efficiency during object's moving areanalyzed based on the principle of scanning imageformation for infrared thermal imaging unit Theoptimal thermal image formation strategy is deter-mined and the meshing temperature field of gearsurface under varies power are measured. Then,through the tests and study on temperature attenua-tion by thermal simulation, the meshing temperatureis corrected and reliable data are obtained.
