摘要
实施学分制是高等教育大众化阶段的发展趋势,是高等教育人才培养的一项基本制度,是推进和深化高等教育教学改革的一项系统工程。它体现以人为本,以学生为本,因材施教,促进学生个性化发展的基本思想,符合社会多样化发展的需求。
The implementation of the credit system is an inevitable tendency in making higher education universal, a basic system to train college students and also a systematic project for stimulating and deepening the reform in higher education. It embodies the fundamental idea of people or students first, teaching students in accordance with their aptitude and spurring the development of students' personality, which meets the needs of social development of diversification.
