The Computerized Multi-Channel Fuzzy Control for Crystal Growing Process

针对人工晶体生长过程的特点,提出了基于模糊控制原理的计算机控制和参数自校正方法,并在晶体生长车间投入试用,取得了较好的控制效果.

A computerized control and parameter selfcorrection method based on fuzzy control principle and suitable for artificial crystal growing process is presented. The method has been adopted in crystal growing workshop with good control result.
