Chinese advanced productive forces include the productive forces symbolized by both hi-tech industries and traditional industries refurbished by hi-tech and advanced practical technology.Their development requires productive relations and superstructure to be in line with them,laborers of high quality to be subjects,the progress and innovation of science and technology to be precursor,information to be the source,and flexible and efficient scientific management system to be the safeguard.
