Analyse Nosocomial Infection of Patients with Cancer

目的:探讨恶性肿瘤患者医院内感染的因素及防治对策。方法:对932例恶性肿瘤患者发生院内感染进行回顾性分析。结果:院内感染率,例次感染率,死亡率分别为22.6%、35.8%、15%。感染部位呼吸道最多49%。结论:住院时间长、放化疗结合、老年肿瘤患者是医院内感染的主要危险因素,降低院内感染,应采取综合处理。

Objective: To investigate th e factor of nosocomial infection of patients with cancer and the prevention and treatment. Method:Analysed 932 cases of patients of cancer with nosocomial infection.Result: The rate of nosocomial infection,hypo-case infection an d mortality was 22.6%,35.8% and 15% respectively.The primary site of infection was respiratory c anal,it was 49%.Conclusion: The primary risk factor of nosocomial infection wer e time of being in hospital,combination of radiotherapy and chemotherapy and old patients.Depressing the rate of nosocomial infection should take integrative treatment.
