The temperature control system with quartz tempera-ture transducer as the temperature measuring ele-ment in introduced. The system is used in laserfrequency doubling and raster fabrication. Thetemperature measuring accuracy of the system isbetter than 0. 001 Deg. C and the control accuracy is0.05 Deg. C.
