摘要
目的建立藿香精油中百秋李醇的含量测定方法。方法采用SE30(30m×0.25mm×0.25μm)石英毛细管色谱柱,以正十二烷为内标,进样口温度210℃,检测器温度300℃的气相色谱测定百秋李醇含量。结果百秋李醇在17.55~117.0mg/mL浓度范围内,峰面积与内标峰面积之比值与浓度呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9997);平均回收率为98.59%,RSD=1.02%(n=6)。结论方法准确、简便、灵敏、快速。
Objective To establish the method for the quantitative determination of patchouli alcohol in essential oil of Agastache rugosa with gas chromatography. Methods An SE-30 capillary column (30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm) and a flame ionization detector were used when n-dodecane was used as the internal standard. Results The calibration curve was linear over a range of 17.55 to 117.0 mg/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9997. The average recovery and RSD (n=6) were 98.59% and 1.02%, respectively. Conclusion The procedure is applicable to the quantification of patchouli alcohol.
