摘要
目的研究中国回族、四川省汉族、福建省汉族、锡伯族、蒙古族、赫哲族群体MSY2小卫星位点的遗传多态性。方法采用聚合酶链式反应(PCR)和琼脂糖凝胶电泳检测方法,对上述六群体334份男性血样本的遗传多态性进行分析。结果MSY2位点有三拷贝和四拷贝两种等位基因型。其中各群体中的大多数成员呈现四拷贝等位基因型,而三拷贝等位基因型频率较低且在各个群体中频率分布是呈现多样。结论根据MSY2位点等位基因频率的分布可评估出六个群体之间的遗传距离,对研究六群体之间的遗传关系和遗传结构具有重要意义。
Objective To investigate to MSY2 marker polymorphism of Hui, Sichuan Han, Fujian Han, Xibe, Mongolian, Hezhen ethnic populations in China. Methods Polymerase chain reaction(PCR)and 2% agarose gel electrophoresis were used to analyze the genetic polymorphism of 334 unrelated males from the six ethnic populations. Results Determination of MSY2 allele genotypesuggested that MSY2 is consisted of three or four copies allele. In most populations, four copies are common and three copies are diversified in others. Conclusion Genetic distances among six populations were calculated according to MSY2 polymorphic marker allele frequency that may contribute to the exploration of genetic relationship and genetic structure in the ethnic populations.
