摘要 目的采用MRI检测神经功能缺失评分判定线栓法制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血动物模型的可靠性。方法用线栓栓塞大脑中动脉,制作大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型。缺血达到24h后,对神经功能缺失评分在1~4分的动物采用MRI检测梗死面积。结果MRI检测发现2只神经功能缺失评分在4分的大鼠梗死面积达到60mm2以上,而2只评分为1分的大鼠未观察到梗死区,10只大鼠梗死面积则集中在30~40mm2之间。结论评价大鼠局灶性脑缺血模型制作是否成功时,神经功能缺失评分法与MRI具有显著相关性(r=0.898,P<0.01)。由于评分为1分的大鼠有时MRI观察不到梗死区,所以为得到可靠的模型,最好剔除评分为1分的大鼠。 Objective To detect the reliability of focal cerebral ischemia model which is evaluated by the score standard of neural function deficient degree after using MRI. Methods In order to prepare focal cerebral ischemia model, the middle cerebral artery of rat is occluded with an intraluminal thread. Later, rats in ischemia are evaluated by standard of neural function deficient degree. After 24 h, rats in ischemia whose score is ranging from 1 to 4 are detected and their ischemia regions are calculated by the use of MRI. Results After detected with MRI, the area of ischemia regions of two rats whose score were 4 has been reached to more than 60mm2, but the ischemia regions have not been observed in the two rats scoring 1. Moreover, the areas of ischemia regions of ten rats fluctuate from 30 mm2 to 40 mm2. Conclusion There is a significantly positive correlation between MRI and the score standard of neural function deficient degree, during evaluating focal cerebral ischemia model (r=0.898 ,P<0.01). Because the ischemia region has not been detected in the rats whose scores are 1, they had better be rejected in order to get trustworthy model.
