摘要
目的研究耳针调节内脏功能的形态学基础,寻找耳穴与内脏之间的神经联系。方法将辣根过氧化物酶(HRP)注射于耳穴皮下,HRP颗粒将通过神经末梢的吸收经轴浆逆行运输到神经元胞体。结果在迷走神经下节和交感干神经节上发现HRP酶标细胞。结论本实验揭示在耳甲(耳内脏穴分布的区域)和支配内脏的交感神经节之间可能存在一条神经通路。
The mechanism of auricular acupuncture was explored with HRP method. It is discovered that in the ganglia of sympathetic trunk there are some HRP enzyme-marked cells. This finding suggests one possible nervous pathway between auricular concha and the sympathetic ganglia innervating viscera, through which visceral disease may be treated with auricular acupuncture.
