根据对美国Ｃｅｎｔｒｉｌｉｆｔ－Ｈｕｇｈｅｓ公司制造的三代ＶＳＣ．（ＶａｒｉａｂｌｅｓｐｅｅｄＣｏｎｔｒｏｌｌｅｒ）结构、原理分析，提出了以软件代替线性电路。介绍了功能集成化的变频控制器的发展方向，讨论了国产化中遇到的问题。

Based on the analysis of the structure,principle of the three generations VSC made by CENTRILIFT HUGHES, USA, this paper proposes the thought in replacing the linear circuit with digital software and the developing direction of the functionintegreted VSC and at last briefly discusses some probloms ocurring in course of its Chinose making.
