几种措施对思茅松插穗生根率影响的研究 被引量:19

摘要 以1年生和2年生思茅松实生苗的主梢及侧枝作插穗进行扦插基质,插穗预处理方式,激素处理插穗的种类及激素浓度的4因素,每因素设3个水平的正交试验,研究不同处理对思茅松插穗生根的影响。研究表明,影响1年生苗木插穗生根率的主导因素是扦插基质,其次是预处理方式;影响2年生苗木插穗生根率的主导因素是预处理方式,其次是激素处理。在预处理方式中以用高锰酸钾溶液浸条的效果最好;扦插基质宜选用比例为3?2的蛭石?泥炭和河沙?泥炭;激素种类以吲哚乙酸的效果最佳。试验还表明,从1年生和2年生苗木上采集的思茅松插穗,其生根率差异显著,以1年生苗木上的插穗生根率最高,达98%;且以用主干上萌发的枝条作插穗为好。 Using the tip of leader branches and lateral branches of one-year old and two-year old seedlings of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis as cutting wood, an orthogonal four-factor experiment was conducted with each factor taken at 3 levels to determine the effects of the following factors on tie rooting rate of the cutting wood of Pinus kesiya var.langbianensis: the composition of growing medium, way or pretreatment, composition of rooting hormone and concentration of rooting hormone. Results indicated that composition of growing medium and way of pretreatment are the primary factor and secondary factor influencing the rooting rate of cutting wood of one-year old seedling, respectively. Way of pretreatment and composition of rooting hormone are the primary factor and secondary factor influencing the rooting rate of cutting wood of two-year old seedling, respectively. The effect of the pretreatment in which the cutting wood was soaked in the solution of Kalium hypermanganicum in water was the best among ways of pretreatment. The suitable growing medium is the mixture of vermiculite and turves in a ratio of 3 to 2 or the mixture of river sand and turves in a ratio of 3 to 2. The effect of heteroauxin is the best among the treatments of different compositions of rooting hormone. Results also indicated that there were significant differences between the rooting rates of the cutting wood from one-year old seedlings and that of two-year old seedlings. The rooting rate of the cutting wood from one-year old seedling is higher than that of two-year old seedlings. The highest rooting rate of the cutting wood from one-year old seedlings reached 98%. It is appropriate to use the branches sprouted from stem as cutting wood.
