摘要
以野百合鳞茎、叶片为外植体通过继代培养和生根培养,诱导不定芽的发生,进而获到再生植株。试验结果表明:用MS培养基培养野百合鳞茎、叶片组织,均能够诱导不定芽产生;在培养基中附加BA2.5mg/L和NAA0.2mg/L有利于鳞茎不定芽的诱导且芽苗长势好,而叶片则在培养基中附加BA1.5mg/L、NAA0.2mg/L的培养效果最佳;从不定芽诱导出根以1/2MS效果最好。
The bulbs and leaves of Lilium Brownii used as explants were incubated to induce adventitious bud and then produce regenerated plant through subculture and rooting culture. Trial result indicated that both the bulbs and leaves incubated on MS basal medium could produce adventitious bud; the MS medium supplemented with 2.5mg/L BA and 0.2mg/L NAA is beneficial to the induction of adventitious bud from bulb and the new shoot developed on this medium grew well; the MS medium supplemented with 1.5mg/L BA and 0.2mg/L NAA was found to be optimum for the culture of leaves; the 1/2 MS medium was optimum for adventitious bud to produce root.
