奥平栓配合微波治疗宫颈糜烂64例临床观察

Clinical observation of recombinant human interferon α 2a in suppository form combined with microwave on cervical erosion of 64 cases

目的观察奥平栓配合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂的临床疗效。方法126例中、重度宫颈糜烂患者随机分为两组,单纯微波治疗62例为对照组,微波治疗后加用奥平栓64例为治疗组,奥平栓隔日1枚,6枚1疗程,比较两组疗效。结果治疗组治愈率为85.94%,明显高于对照组的54.84%(P<0.001);治疗组术后阴道排液量明显少于对照组(P<0.001),阴道出血发生率也明显低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论奥平栓配合微波治疗中、重度宫颈糜烂疗效显著。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of recombinant human interferon α 2a in suppository form combined with microwave applied to treat medium or severe degree cervical erosion.Methods One hundred and twenty-six cases with medium or severe degree cervical erosion were randomly divided into two groups:62 patients in control group were treated with microwave only as regular,and 64 patients in treatment group were treated with microwave and recombinant human interferon α 2a in suppository form,one suppository for two days,and six suppositories for one course.Results The cure rate of the treatment group was 85.94%,obviously higher than that of the control group,which was 54.84%(P<0.001).Vaginal discharge of the treatment group was much less than that of the control group(P<0.001),and vaginal bleeding rate of the treatment group was much lower than that of the control group (P<0.001).Conclusion Recombinant human interferon α 2a in suppository form combined with microwave applied in medium or severe degree cervical erosion can achieved great effect.
