摘要
阐述了长江三角洲地区城际轨道交通网的2005—2020年规划及实施步骤。其功能定位是:以区域内城际旅客为服务对象;中短途为主的客运专线;区域性快速运输专网主要特征是:公交化运行,快速通达,便捷换乘,人性化服务介绍了项目筹备工作进展和构想。其建设管理模式、融资体制、技术装备和施工技术将瞄准国际一流水平。
With a survey of the 2005-2020 planning of YRD inter-city railway network and the construction steps,this paper defines the network as a regional fast transport network which mainly serves the inter-city passengers,and consists of mid and short distance passenger train lines,and argues that this netwank shall reach the advanced level of the world in construction-management mode,financing system,equipment and construction technology,at the same time,this network shall be featared with public transport operation,fast speed,convenient interchange and human-oriented services.
