Methods of Interaction Quantification and Its Influence to Model Building

目的探讨交互作用项数量化方法及其对模型拟合的影响。方法定义出3种交互作用项数量化方法,实例建立线性和非线性模型。结果不同的数量化方法影响模型的参数估计,给出了实例分析结果。结论对于平衡的实验设计,分析结果是关于数量化方法不变的;对于非平衡的数据分析结果则随数量方法的不同而异。

Objective To study quantification methods of interaction terms for model building and check the impact.Methods Methods defined the quantification methods and fitted linear models and generalized linear models.Results Parameter estimates were depend on quantification methods.Two examples were presented.Conclusion For balanced design,the decomposition of sum of square is invariant to interaction quantification methods,but for unbalanced design this invariant property is vanishing.
