膀胱移行细胞癌细胞周期相关基因的筛选

摘要 【目的】探讨人膀胱移行细胞癌细胞周期相关基因的表达变化。【方法】使用人肿瘤基因表达谱芯片检测11例膀胱移行细胞癌组织基因表达谱的变化,以寻找与细胞周期相关的差异表达基因。【结果】以正常膀胱黏膜组织为对照,11例膀胱肿瘤组织中有87个基因表达明显下调,102个基因表达明显上调。其中与细胞周期相关的差异表达基因有10个,其中明显上调基因7个,明显下调基因3个。【结论】膀胱肿瘤的发生与发展与多种细胞周期相关基因的异常表达有关。 [Objective]To investigate the change of cyclin genes in human urinary bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC).[Methods]Using DNA chip to detect the mRNA from 11 human transitional cell carcinoma tissues and investigate the genes related to cyclins.[Results]Contrasting to normal bladder mucous membrane tissues, there were 189 differentially expressed genes in which 102 genes were obviously up-regulated and 87 genes were obviously down-regulated in human BTCC tissues. There were 10 differentially expressed genes related to cyclins in which 7 genes were obviously up-regulated and 3 genes were obviously down-regulated.[Conclusion]Many differentially expressed genes related to cyclins play a role in the development of urinary bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
