摘要
目的综述乳腺癌的内分泌治疗进展情况。方法对乳腺癌的内分泌治疗对策加以分析整理。结果展现乳腺癌的内分泌治疗的最新成果。结论早期乳腺癌后续强化辅助内分泌治疗、激素受体阳性乳腺癌患者术后进行辅助内分泌治疗以及晚期乳腺癌患者选择内分泌治疗均可显著提高无病生存或延长高质量的生存期。
Objective:To summarize the development of the e ndocrinotherapy of breast cancer.Methods:Data on the en-docrinotherapy of breast cancer were obt ained by review.Results:All applicable data on the endocrinotherapy of breast cancer were extracted.Conclusions:Accumulating data suggested that early conti nued and assistant endocrinotherapy of breast cancer,as-sistant endocrinothera py of positive hormone receptor breast cancer after operation and endocrinothera py of late breast cancer would marked increase the health sur vival.
