摘要
信息技术与传统产业相融合对房地产企业的生产经营提出了新的要求。房地产企业信息化建设的必然性和发展趋势表明,信息化建设是房地产企业的生存工程。
With the application of information technology in the traditional industry,the real estate enterprises are faced with more challenges.By analyzing the necessity of constructing the informationalized real estate enterprise and its development trend,the authors indicate in this paper that constructing the information system is the only way for the real estate enterprises to live on.
