摘要
科技进步加速了信息化带动工业化的过程,并使传统产业再次崛起,同时也极大地刺激了需求,使各国产业结构不断调整。信息技术的广泛关联性,成为加快国民经济发展的强大推动力,并使信息产业异军突起。知识、信息日益成为经济增长的内在要素并改变着各国的产业结构,从而造成产业结构趋向软化。
The progress in science and technology promote constantly the adjustment of industrial structure. The extensive relation of information technology has become a powerful motive force to develop national economy, and make information industry rise abruptly. Knowledge and information become the inherent essential factor, and stimulate the adjustment of industrial structure so as to soften it.
