摘要 由于缺乏有效的软件风险管理,导致很多软件开发项目都无法在预定的时间和预算下交付高质量、高性能的软件产品,软件项目常常以失败告终。本文在对经典的软件风险管理理论及风险管理模型进行分析与研究的基础上,提出确保风险管理有效实施的改进策略。
