经济学遭遇“瘟神”

Economics Is Encountering “God of Plague”

2003年初,我国遭遇了“非典”瘟疫的袭击。“非典”的爆发和扩散,既是对我国经济的严峻考验和挑战,也是对我国主流经济学和经济学家的“霸权”地位的严峻挑战。我国主流经济学和经济学家所鼓吹的“过剩经济时代”、“效率优先,兼顾公平”等提法,对历史的虚无主义态度,以及片面地理解“发展是硬道理”,鼓吹“比较优势论”等似是而非的观点和主张,对我国经济社会的健康协调发展产生了严重的消极影响,必须予以澄清和纠正。

In early 2003, China was attacked by “SARS”. The breaking-out and its pervasion were not only a severe test to the economy of China but also a stern challenge to the “Overlord Position” of mainstream economics and economists in China. Their wordings such as “excess economy eras ”, “priority of efficiency and equality considered” and “the theory of comparative advantage ” which they advocated for, their nihilistic attitude towards history, and their one-sided understanding to “Development is the hard reason” as well as others of their views and proposals as like as chalk and cheese have brought out serious negative impact on the healthy and harmonious development of social-economy in China. And this must be given clarification and rectification.
