本文从社会资本理论出发,关注一个农村社区自改革开放以来经济精英获得的过程,分析经济精英在地位的获得中所采用的策略、所依赖的资源以及与村庄权力结构变迁的关联。

This essay, based on the theory of social capital, focuses on the course of the Occurrence of economic elites in Villages since the reform and open to the outside, and gives an analysis to the strategies adopted and the resources utilized during gaining their positions as economic elites, as well as the relationship between the resources and the changes of power structures.
