摘要 本文首先扼要地回顾了“听说教学法”产生的理论背景及主要特征;阐述了它的教学模式及不足,以及它的现实意义和未来的发展趋势。“听说教学法”的形成与发展有其特定的历史条件以及特殊的社会需要。目前的“听说教学法”已在诸多方面发生了相应的变化。在不断调整和完善的过程中,它将在今天的外语教学改革中发挥更加重要的作用。 This paper first reviews the theoretical background in which audiolingual teaching method was formed and its main characteristics. Then it represents its teaching model and weak points. In addition, the paper discusses its effect on teaching methods and its future development. The formation and development of the audiolingual method has its own historical conditions and special social needs. The present audiolingual teaching method has undergone some changes in certain respects. In the course of constant readjustment and improvement, it will play a more important role in the current reform of foreign language teaching.
