The Obstacle to the Development of the Independent Director System and its Countermeasures

摘要 通过对我国独立董事制度发展中出现的问题的分析,从我国立法的角度去关注独立董事制度和完善上市公司法人治理方面的改革。 Based on the analysis of problems existed in the development of the Independent Director system, the paper focuses on the independent director system and the reform in the legal person management of listed companies.
