摘要
目的对落地生的植物形态,显微结构进行研究,并确定其学名;初步鉴定植物中所含的主要化学成分。方法查对植物检索表,然后采用石蜡切片法制作该植物茎、叶的横切片及叶的上下表皮切片,对切片进行了光学显微镜观察,鲜材乙醇提取进行化学成分初试。结果确定了该植物的学名,主要化学成分的鉴定反应均呈阳性。结论经鉴定落地生为景天科景天亚科石莲属中的原变种石莲S.indica(Decne.)BergerVar.indica,同时确定该植物中含有黄酮、醌类、甾类及糖类等多种化学成分。
Objective The botanical conformation and microscopical formation of Luodisheng are studied. Its scientific name is elucidated and its main chemical constituents are identified. Methods Section of plant stem,leaf and epidermis were made by means of paraffin wax.Fresh plant is extracted by EtoH.Chemical constituents are elucidated by means of special color reaction. Luodisheng is a fleshy herb and its section is observed under microscope. Results The reaction of special color appears positive. Conclusion Luodisheng is identified that it belongs to the sinocrassula berger of crassulaceae and its scientific name is S.indica(Decne.)BergerVar.indica.Its chemical constituents include Flavonoids, Quinones, Steroids and SSP,etc.
