高龄乳腺癌患者并存病的围手术期处理

The Perioperative Management of the Coexisting Diseases for the Elderly Patients With Breast Cancer

目的探讨高龄乳腺癌患者并存病的围手术期处理。方法回顾分析80例60岁以上乳腺癌患者并存病的围手术期处理资料。结果并存糖尿病20例,高血压35例,心脏病10例,呼吸系统疾病5例,肝功能不全10例;术后伤口感染4例,肺部感染2例,皮下积液4例;围手术期无1例死亡。结论虽然并存病增加了手术风险,但术前全面了解病情,加强并存病的围手术期处理可大大提高手术成功率,降低手术死亡率和并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the perioperative management of the coexisting diseases for the elderly patients with breast cancer. Methods The perioperative treatment for breast cancer with the coexisting diseases in 80 patients over 60 years old was analyzed retrospectively. Results The coexisting diseases included diabetes(20 cases),hypertension(35 cases),heart diseases(10 cases),respiratory diseases(5 cases),abnormal hepatic funtion(10 cases).Post-operative complications: wound infection(4 cases),pneumonia(2 cases),subcutanceous liquid collection(4 cases). No patients died in perioperative period. Conclusion The coexisting diseases increase the risk of surgical procedures,while complete assessment of the patient's general health and intensive perioperative management of the coexisting diseases can increase the success rate of operation and decrease the operative mortality and incidence of complication.
