摘要
目的 探讨胆囊收缩素(CCK)对胆管癌细胞生长的影响。方法 应用细胞培养技术及^3H-胸腺嘧啶脱氧核苷(^3H-TdR)掺入法,研究CCK及其A受体拮抗剂L-364.718(L18)、B受体拮抗剂L-365.260(L60)对培养的人胆管癌细胞QBC939(QB)、OCUCb-LM1(OC)、HuCC-T1(Hu)、OZ生长的影响。结果 CCK通过其A和B受体显著的促进了QB和OC的生长,而对Hu和OZ的生长无明显影响。结论 CCK可促进胆管癌细胞的生长,胆管癌细胞可能无自分泌和旁分泌CCK的机制。
Objective To detect the effect of cholecystokinin(CCK)on the growth of human cholangiocarcinoma cells. Method The effect of CCK-8. CCK-8S and CCK-A, CCK-B receptor antagonists L364. 718 and 260 on the growth of cultured human cholangiocarcinoma cells QBC939 (QB). OCUCh-LM1 (OC), HuCC-T1 (Hu) and OZ was investigated by the technique of cell culture and 'HTdR incorporation. Result It was found that CCK can significantly stimulate cell growth of QB and OC through receptors of CCK A and CCK-B, but the same result were not duplicated for the Hu and OZ cells. Conclusion This study identified that CCK can accelerate the growth of human cholangiocarcinoma cells, implied that cholangiocarcinoma cell is likely not to have mechanism of autocrine and paracrine of CCK.
