Phenotypic analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes in the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

摘要 目的观察前列腺增生症(BPH)患者免疫功能状态。方法采用流式细胞仪对BPH患者进行外周血淋巴细胞表型分析。结果BPH患者总T细胞、TH细胞、TH/Ts比值显著下降,而NK细胞增多、淋巴细胞上人类白细胞DR抗原(HLA-DR)表达增强。结论BPH患者外周血中存在明显的免疫缺陷。 Objective In order to investigate the im munological functional status of the patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Method A phenotypic analysis of peripheral blood lymphocytes was con- ducted using flow cytometer. resulrt The total T lymphocytic cells, TH cells and the ratio of TH/Ts were significantly decreased, NK cells decreased and the expression of HLA-DR in lymphocytes was obviously increased. Conclusion These results suggest that the immunologic defects are present in the peripheral blood of BPH patients.
